Using this Trainer: Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu. Listen for "Activated". Press desired option key Options in Promo: Numpad 4: Ammo Options: Numpad 1: Money Numpad 2: Food Numpad 3: Armor Parts Numpad 4: Ammo Numpad 5: Medicine Numpad 6: Maximum Brothers Notes: Use these options at the MAP screen and nowhere else. When you press the option key, you might have to wait a few seconds to see the value update. The values used for each option can be changed using the Custom Keys functionality of the trainer.
